PRINTS
PAPER
All prints are printed on Pro KronalinE fine art paper (matte finish). This paper is 0.27 mm thick (around 1/7 the thickness of a quarter) and has a plastic-like mate covering.
When located indoors and distant from external elements (sunlight, water, fire, etc), this paper lasts for about 30 years without showing signs of color fading.
Even though the paper is designed to last for many years; if you want to extend the life of your print, place it far from direct sunlight and water/high humidity environments. A glass protection (as the one provided by a frame) will also help preserve the print longer.
FRAMING
Prices do not include matting or framing. Matting and/or framing is available upon request.

SHIPPING
MK prints are carefully rolled with Kraft paper by our team and placed in an extra thick, heavyweight tube for full protection in transit. All prints are sent via DHL express.
We currently ship anywhere in Mexico and the U.S. For all prints please allow 2 weeks delivery from day of purchase.
International shipping is available upon request, but it may take more than 2 weeks depending on the location.
RETURNS
Mark Kronemeyer prints are returnable within 5 days of delivery. After that span any and all orders will be non-refundable.
Return process must be initiated within 5 days of delivery by contacting ventas@markkronemeyer.com
Prints must be returned unopened, undamaged & in original packaging. The shipping cost back will be paid by the customer and it will be non-refundable.
